Sosa outreach will be working with Chaplain Arthur Morello and local jails and institutions. He serves inside lake correctional facility and on Sosa outreach board. Sosa outreach will be focusing on purchasing land or getting land donated with plans to house graduates from programs as the transition back into society. Housing will be in the form of mini homes or one bedroom campers. With these homes we desire to provide affordable living with a safe Christian environment. Many times when men and woman are released from prison, they go back to unhealthy environments, resulting in relapse or set backs. We want to provide these men and woman with living arrangements that will align them up for success to reenter society. We also would like to have a resource center where we can provide counseling, any classes required by the state for prisoners (like anger management), career training, and any other resources needed for them to reenter society (license, identification cards, social security cards, court fees).
We will be working with Maria Murillo from Latino Community Outreach organization at Florida rights restoration coalition, Green Pastures 23 Lawn care and Landscaping, as well as other faith based local businesses.
